Production & Turnaround
Custom jersey production requires 2–5 business days. For complex designs or orders placed during holidays, production may extend to 7–9 business days. Two delivery options are available to meet different timelines:
- Standard Service: Total turnaround of 7–20 business days (production + 5–15 business days of standard shipping).
- Expedited Service: Total turnaround of 5–7 business days (prioritized production + expedited shipping), with additional fees applied.
Shipment Tracking & Notifications
A shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. Tracking information will be activated within 24–48 hours after the confirmation is sent. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as unforeseen delays may occur due to inclement weather, holiday logistics disruptions, or other external factors.
International Shipping Terms
Global shipping is available via reputable carriers including UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, and USPS. Production time for international orders is consistent with domestic orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country. Customers bear full responsibility for customs duties, taxes, and any other import-related fees, which are not included in the order or shipping costs.
